Cannot download rife46.pth model file (404 error)

Hi, I tried downloading the rife46.pth model from the Hugging Face link mentioned in the repository (https://huggingface.co/spaces/akhaliq/RIFE/resolve/main/rife46.pth) but I get a 404 or “Repository not found” error.

I checked that my Hugging Face account is verified and logged in, but the file still cannot be accessed. Could you please update the download link or provide an alternative way to get rife46.pth?
