Licensing format incorrect in 1.9.3

pyproject.toml line 11 was changed in 1.9.3 vs 1.9.2

license = {file = "LICENSE"}

was changed to

license = "BSD-3-Clause"

which is an older format. This causes issues in installation in Databricks

My understanding is that the license table is deprecated and that the new recommendation is to use the license and license-file keys.
