What scenarios is the Plugin_encoder plugin used for? I checked the materials on the GRBL-HAL forum and found very few mentions of it. Its usage instructions are also described very briefly.

For now it is mainly useful for controlling the feed and spindle overrides. It can be used for jogging, but the code has to be refined to be of real use?
