Make integrations used by Seer work with Span First

Seer uses a number of integrations. Those need to work with Span First from the get go. I pulled this off of a random Seer error: `"argv","atexit","celery","dedupe","excepthook","fastapi","httpx","huggingface_hub","logging","modules","sqlalchemy","starlette","stdlib","threading","tornado"` Tornado is probably not actually used, it seems to have been pulled in via a dependency.
