🐛 Bug report | Contact penalty, status always output 0

Description:
The plotfile variables for Contact penalty and Contact status display are always 0.

Dev Version 3.0.0.544738437

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Run a contact model with outputs for 'contact penalty' and 'contact area'.
2. Open the model and plot the those values.

This should be fixed now. Please update and give it another try. Let me know what you find.

The contact status stays 0 the whole time. The contact penalty is the range -1e-29 to 1e29.
