CCLI not prompting for Password on Powershell V5.0

Found on Powershell V5.0.10586.117 and V5.1.14409.1018 that ccli will not prompt for a password if not provided on command line. This will cause any request to fail with bad credentials if the password is not specified on the command line.

Found on Powershell V5.1.17134.858 that it does work as expected and prompts for password.

I actually experience this problem through WinRM sessions. CCLI cannot request the input for password and any MFA prompt.
Also, CCLI is using the environment variables HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH, which are not set by default in a WinRM session.
