Uploading Template / ISO from local file is getting failed intermittently

Uploading Template / ISO from local file is getting failed intermittently. When we reboot SSVM it gets success for 1 or 2 local upload but again is starts getting failed with below error

But when we are getting this error we verified SSVM state is "Running" and agent state is "Up". When we reboot SSVM sometime is fixed the issue for 1 or 2 upload but then again it starts getting failed.

versions

ACS version : 4.20.2.0
KVM Version: RHEL 8
Image trying to upload it either qcow2 or iso
Size of file is not an issue
