Feature Request: Click to open file dialog

Currently, the app features two drop areas in its window. A user can drop apps on it to allow an unsigned app to launch or to sign an app. Besides the "dropping" feature, it would be great if clicking the area would open a file dialog where the user can select an app to launch/sign.
