404 not found when trying to install on m5stack dial

I'm trying to flash a m5stack dial using the "open installer" button and no matter what option i choose i see this in the console in chromium

https://adafruit-circuit-python.s3.amazonaws.com/bootloaders/esp32/m5stack_dial/tinyuf2-m5stack_dial-0.35.0.zip 404 (Not Found)

and clicking opn that link does confirm the file is missing

In the website you just get stuck at
Downloading tinyuf2-m5stack_dial-0.35.0.zip ...

It doesnt matter if i try full install, UF2 only, bin only or bootloader only, it always tries and gets a 404 on trying to download that specific file
