feat: Expand blog automation to pull information from spreadsheet and add image to repo #643

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is an automation (tools/blog_automation) which converts a blog to html. But it leaves placeholders in the yaml header for author name, description etc.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if it could also pull the additional information from the spreadsheet associated to the Google Form submission, including downloading the referenced image and adding it to the repository.
