Describe the bug / error

I've tried setting "supportsFullBleed": true, in the web part's manifest. I packaged the web part (production) and deployed it to the app catalog. Enabled it to be available on all sites by default.

I created a page and added a full-width section. The web part doesn't appear under the full-width section. It only appears under normal sections (one column, 2 columns, etc..).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new web part using SPFx v 1.22
  2. Enabled supportsFullBleed in the web part's manifest.
  3. Deploy the web part to the app catalog

Expected behavior

Expected Behavior:
The web part will appear to be used in full-width sections
