                     Issue Description 

I have followed the guide(https://docs.tempo.xyz/guide/issuance/mint-stablecoins) to develop one tool which can create&mint the stablecoin, the creation is success, but the mint is failed. As i knew, there are 2 steps for mint action: 1.grant Issuer role; 2.mint stablecoin; unfortunately, i tried to do step 1 "grant Issuer role", it's failed. my wallet is MetaMask. the stablecoin contract address is 0x20C0000000000000000000000eC70128a5C8B70b.
