               Issue Description 

Connecting to a ledger is successful, but unable to move past the Authorize modal that appears during the txn approval/confirmation process. Screen reverts to disconnected and the authorize button is non-responsive.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to a dApp. I used AAVE
2. Connect Ledger to Wallet
3. Attempt to approve/confirm a transaction with Ledger
4. The Authorize button is non-responsive and Ledger appears as disconnected.
