Welcome, and thank you for your interest in TransTrack.
TransTrack is an open source transplant waitlist workflow and coordination tool created to explore how operational visibility, audit readiness, and status tracking can be represented transparently and responsibly.
This project is not a replacement for UNOS or OPTN systems, and it does not perform allocation, prioritization, or clinical decision making. Its purpose is to model operational workflows that exist alongside national systems and to support discussion around coordination challenges faced by transplant centers and organ procurement organizations.
These discussions are intended for:
• Transplant coordinators and operations staff
• OPO operations and quality teams
• Clinical informatics and healthcare IT professionals
• Researchers and policy interested stakeholders
Feedback, questions, and constructive critique are welcome. The goal is shared learning and thoughtful dialogue, not promotion.
Thank you for taking the time to engage.
