Describe the bug

When I enabled the Fast Use module and set it to some with Blocks enabled, it still fast uses interactable blocks while holding the block instead of not being able to fast use since the Blocks toggle is supposed to make it only fast place. (Or at least that I know of)

Steps to reproduce

1. Enabled the Fast Use module.
2. Set the Mode to Some.
3. Toggle Blocks so it is enabled.
4. Place a lever/button/door/interactable
5. Give yourself a block and hold it
