NETCONF 1.1 compatibility

Is the Netconf Jar compatible with RFC 6241 / 6242? If not, is it possible to integrate compatibility

It definitely works over ssh. You can pick which port you want to connect to when you create a new Device. If you look at this example file:
https://github.com/Juniper/netconf-java/blob/master/examples/CreateDevice.java
you can add

.port(22)
in the builder chain to change the port. Let me look at the other RFC

I can see there are some RFC 6241 new operations that are not supported, like the rollback-on-error. They can be added, but are not there yet.

added a few more tests to check all the RFC 6242 MUSTs, already added for RFC 6241
so it should work.

for example, there is a new persist method for commit confirmed required for the RFCs
