[FEAT] resolution options

Feature Request

I'd love to be able to shrink any video by half (e.g. 1080p -> 540p) either by manually entering 540 in an aspect ratio locked text input field, or by selecting from buttons like exist now, perhaps labeled ½.

Alternately, one additional standard(ish)-resolution step between 480, 720, and 1080 would probably do the trick.

Thank you for doing this btw, I have been waiting YEARS for this project. ❤️

Current Behaviour

Can only select standard resolutions ≤ current size.
