[Maze] Don't automatically disable the module #48

Description

@Infinitay

From a user:

i just swapped profile from a completely empty profile to one where i have both shortest path and your plugin enabled & installed. despite this, your plugin disabled the maze helper and showed me a dialog popup

i feel like this is just bad UX, so i just think you should check shortest path installation as late as possible, not disable anything, and just notify the user with a chat message instead

...by "maze helper" i mean the maze helper setting

The functionality should be changed such that we're not automatically disabling the maze module. Instead, as suggested, send a chat message saying it won't work, despite being enabled, because there is no shortest path plugin installed. To ensure ease of use, we can probably create a method that can be called from the main plugin class via the injected MazeHelper class when ConfigChange is detected, in order to re-path.
