Can't create Modal window behaviour (BrowserWindowOptions missing Parent Property)

I've been trying to create a modal window. The window does open and shows the correct content, but there's no modal behaviour (i can click back in the main parent window).
This is my current code:

 public async Task ModalForm()
 {
     var parent = Electron.WindowManager.BrowserWindows.FirstOrDefault();
     if (parent == null) return;

     var modalOptions = new BrowserWindowOptions
     {
         Width = 600,
         Height = 400,
         Center = true,
         Modal = true,
         IsRunningBlazor = true,
         Show = false
     };

     var modal = await Electron.WindowManager.CreateWindowAsync(modalOptions, _navigationManager.ToAbsoluteUri("/modal").ToString());

     modal.SetParentWindow(parent);
     modal.OnReadyToShow += () => modal.Show();
 }

I tried to follow the wiki example here, but there's no Parent property for BrowserWindowOptions (as i suppose that's the issue), hence i tried setting it afterwards via SetParentWindow().
