GitHub release for 1.16.0 is missing #81
Description
The tagged 1.16.0 does not have a GitHub
release, which first lead me not finding
the change for new tag_handling_version,
found it later in the code.
Is it possible to create a GitHub release
for the tag ?
Background: I use GitHub API to check if
new releases has been made to update/raise
this (and not the tags).
