use "use this template" links

"use this template" button just got a bit more complicated, they made it a drop down with two options.
however, we could add direct "use this template" links anywhere like:
[start a collectionbuilder-gh project](https://github.com/CollectionBuilder/collectionbuilder-gh/generate)

seems to work: start a collectionbuilder-gh project
and I have seen it at a few other projects recently.
