Server code upgrade

We are aiming to provide a more robust server with standard practices. Please research what would be ideal for our data collection process with different scales. The focus is to ensure a reliable connection for handling frequent incoming data transaction requests under HTTPS.

The solution I recommend would be Nginx + Gunicorn + Fastapi + Redis.
Other potential tools include Apache, Flask, Django, and more.

@fallenraze Please comment here on what you find useful, and start converting the server code we currently have within the framework you choose.

I recommend replacing our low-level socket and Java cryptographic handling with the following:

FastAPI: web framework; we will have two endpoints. 1) key exchange 2) file uploads
Gunicorn: production ready web server gateway interface server, avoids hardcoding values and configs
Nginx: reverse proxy server in front of Gunicorn that handles HTTPS termination; simplifies code significantly
Redis: cache frequeently accessed data to speed up responses and ease the load on API endpoints
